EMDR Session
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-based method that helps the brain process and heal from painful experiences. It’s especially useful if you feel stuck in memories, emotions, or body reactions connected to the past.
IFS Session
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle and powerful way of exploring your inner “parts”—the protective sides of you, the vulnerable parts that carry wounds, and your core Self that can bring healing. Many people find IFS brings clarity and a deeper sense of connection with themselves.
My Approach Session
Most of the time, therapy isn’t just one method. In these sessions, I draw from EMDR, IFS, somatic work, and psychodynamic therapy—along with coping strategies. This blended approach helps us follow what feels most relevant for you in the moment.
Breathwork Session
Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses guided breathing to calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring clarity. In these sessions, I’ll guide you through techniques tailored to what you need—whether that’s grounding, energy release, or emotional balance.
