Session Fees

• 15-Minute Consultation (video): Free

• Individual 50 minute session (video): $190

• Couples 50 minute session (video): $220
  Payment is due at time of service. I accept Venmo and Zelle.

Insurance

• For new clients, my practice is private pay, and I am not accepting new insurance-based clients. If I am out of network with your plan and your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I can use Thrizer to help verify your benefits and submit claims when eligible. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan and are not guaranteed.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical/mental health care will cost.

• You can request a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
