Session Fees

• 15-Minute Consultation (video): Free

• EMDR Session (50 minutes): 150$

• IFS Session (50 minutes): 150$

• My Approach Session (50 minutes): 150$

• Breathwork Session (50 minutes): 100$
  Payment is due at time of service. I accept venmo and zelle.

Insurance

• I currently use Headway for insurance and Im in network with United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If out-of-network, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical/mental health care will cost.

• You can request a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
