  • Yes. I offer a free 15-minute video call so we can meet, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if it feels like a good fit.

  • I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and trauma-informed practices, and psychodynamic therapy. Sometimes sessions focus on deep exploration, and other times on practical coping tools—we’ll decide together what’s most helpful for you.

  • I accept insurance through Headway. I am currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Optum (United Health Care, Oxford and Oscar). If I am not in network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged.

  • This practice does not provide crisis services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 (U.S.) or 112 (Europe), or dial 988 in the U.S. for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

  • Many people start therapy when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change. If you’re unsure, scheduling a free consultation is the best first step—we’ll talk through your questions and see if this feels like the right fit.
